Here's the newly formed Kigali 2 Branch presidency: Brad, Sam (Executive Secretary and Branch Clerk), Frank (First Counselor), William (Branch President), Franco (Elder's Quorum President), me (happy missionary)

    260 of 365 is 71.23%. 71% is very close to 100%.
