Day 294

Saturday = visit to the Missionary Demonstration garden. This project, although small, has been one of the highlights of our humanitarian projects. So many great results have come from this project, over and above the obvious vegetables that are harvested. These young future missionaries have come every single Saturday since February to hoe, weed, plant, and spread manure. They come at 6 am, and work uncomplainingly (is that a word?) until midday when they break for missionary preparation class. They are my heroes.
