| Jackpot! Found all of the ingredients for a chicken salad. Bonus... Coke Zero. However, five minutes after finishing this gourmet meal (elegantly served inside the mosquito net) Brad told me that he has a hankering for German Chocolate Cake with vanilla ice cream. Now, he's simply pushing his luck. |

| We had a wonderful Sunday, and are looking forward to a busy week with: travel to deliver vision equipment, host the attorneys from Johannesburg, visit potential latrine and borehole sites with Mayor Willy in Gasabo, and check on the project in Kiziba Camp. Also, we have Mark in our prayers as he prepares to take the Bar exam in California. Go, Mark, Go (and don't go for the FiberOne bar, choose a Zone Bar!) |
Now that looks mighty tasty!! Love following your blog and can't believe all that you are doing. I was in Costco the other day and they had a booth selling Rwanda goods and had a video playing where you could watch the ladies making baskets! Very pretty things.
