| I love technology! It was a great day when we happened upon this travel agency in downtown Kigali. After meeting Hemant, we are now set up to make all our travel arrangements through email, and then pay online using a credit card. Such an improvement over driving down to Rwandair office, finding a parking spot in the cramped lot, waiting in line in their office, and then paying in cash with Rwandan francs! |

That is so funny!! I just printed out our itinerary/tickets that Hemant booked for our flight from Johannesburg to Kigali. It is just an email with the basic information... flight times, dates... and flight number but that is it. I asked him if that was our eticket or is he sending us something else but haven't heard from him. Should I be concerned??? I think that may be it but I don't want to get to the airport in Johannesburg and find out I'm missing something! Ha! HA! It's just a little bit different than booking on Delta:)!!! Can't wait!!!
