| We tried a new restaurant tonight, and deemed that it is aptly named - Heaven. The greenery reminded us of Hawaii, the food was good, and the service was speedy. When we told our waitress, Alice, that we would be back, she responded with, "I will be waiting for you"! |

| Heaven creates employment for Rwandans by using: locally grown food products, locally built furniture, locally woven placemats, and locally raised employees! The restaurant provides employment to students who study Hospitality Management at the Akilah Institute for Women - a school that we recently learned about because our friend, Ashley, is applying for an internship there this summer! Alice told us that she is a student there, and that it is a good school! |
