Did you
know that gigantic poinsettia trees grow in Africa? We saw them in
Uganda, we saw them in Ethiopia, and now we are seeing them in Rwanda.
Christmas all the time! Maybe it’s just in the U.S. that poinsettias are
dwarfs, and come in a little tiny pot for $4 from WalMart and Home
Depot!
We are big fans of Zen
Restaurant...number 59, to be precise. Who doesn’t love chicken with
bell peppers, chili, and loaded with cashew nuts?! It is in a close
running to that which I can get at Thai Basil in Roseville. Thanks to
our pal, Melanie - the manager, and her husband, Rico - the chef.
