All my hairdressers in Africa have names that start with “M”. In Addis, it was Mesfin and Minke. In Kigali, it is Meddy.
In the
back sink of this establishment, I have receive THE BEST shampoo and
head massage ever. Add to that a haircut/blow-dry for 7,000 rwf
($11.66). Throw in a 3,000 rwf tip to share between Meddy and Amiable
(shampooer extraordinaire), and I’m outta there for $16.66!!!
