Day 345

We love JCO...his mom had an interest in our 39th POTUS, and named her son Jimmy Carter Okot. He is the Kampala Stake President, and is head of Physical Facilities for all the buildings in the Uganda Kampala Mission. We knew him well on our first mission, and are always happy when he comes to visit Rwanda in the capacity of physical facilities. When he comes, we feel it is our duty to take him to restaurants to try new cuisine. Tonight's sampling took us to Japanese food. On the menu - Honeymoon Roll.

Soy, ginger, and wasabi mixture - check. Chopsticks - check. Honeymoon roll in his grasp - check.
